Israel's Wandering in the Wilderness Models Space-Time Ark

* This installment was published on The Open Scroll blog on August 05, 2015.

While I was writing about the film, Ex_Machina, I became curious about why the main character's name was Caleb. As noted in the Ex_Machina post, the security breach that allowed for Ava's release came according to the pattern of Israel's taking of the walled city of Jericho. Because of how time symbolism factored into the esoteric layering of Ex_Machina, I explored the biblical account surrounding the taking of Jericho to see if I could discover what they might have been drawing from. This led me to consider the miraculous crossing of the Jordan over opposite Jericho, leading also to many exciting insights as Aaron and I reflected on the matter.

In the biblical record surrounding the wilderness wandering there is metaphorical language that presents allegories for those who can interpret it. Two miraculous water crossings bracket the season, and these have something to reveal through the metaphor of water as time. These accounts also feature the time signaling number twelve, which strengthens that esoteric theme. Figurative language conceals and reveals selectively, and may our eyes be opened now to see what the Lord would have us to see.

With an awareness of the distinctive space-time framing, it becomes apparent that the period of the wandering models a kind of space time ark journey in the midst of time wars. I have often wondered about the highly unusual provision made for Israel while they were wandering in the wilderness for those 40 years. Why all the peculiar features? What does that really mean to us? The Lord God's people of promise were compartmentalized in a place that was heaven-like, as set aside or removed from out of the world's time-space domain. The life of the rest of the world seems to have flowed around them for the lack of interaction. Israel was sequestered, even quarantined. It has to be said that the record isn't merely allegorical and neither is it merely literal as a historical record. It is prophetic.

A fit comparison can be made between how Israel passed over from Egypt into the land of promise and how the patriarch Noah's family passed over the great deluge, which divided the world that followed from the former world. The flood of Noah's day destroyed flesh while the ark provided for a select group to be saved through it. So it was in the period of the wandering. As you will see, a distinctive reset of the people and even their calendar was accomplished in the process. We anticipate that similar kinds of operations will soon manifest, among them, a saving space-time ark provision (Revelation 12). If you track the esoteric symbolism through the accounts you will be able to identify an enactment of a time reset during the crossing of the river Jordan that marks Israel's arrival in the promised land.

As the period of the wilderness wandering drew to an end, Moses died and Joshua, the son of Nun, was raised up to take his place. With Joshua was Caleb, who had served with him as a spy sent to scout and give a report about the promised land. These two men were the only ones of the twelve spies who pleased the Lord, and they became the sole survivors of their entire generation.

10 So the Lord's anger burned in that day, and He swore, saying, 11 'None of the men who came up from Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob; for they did not follow Me fully, 12 except Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite and Joshua the son of Nun, for they have followed the Lord fully.' 13 So the Lord's anger burned against Israel, and He made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until the entire generation of those who had done evil in the sight of the Lord was destroyed.

Numbers 32:10-13

The term of the sentence was 40 years. Israel was constrained within a fixed space for a fixed amount of time. The time element is emphasized to us by reason of the ratio by which their term was accounted, a year for a day.

32 But as for you, your corpses will fall in this wilderness. 33 Your sons shall be shepherds for forty years in the wilderness, and they will suffer for your unfaithfulness, until your corpses lie in the wilderness. 34 According to the number of days which you spied out the land, forty days, for every day you shall bear your guilt a year, even forty years, and you will know My opposition. 35 I, the Lord, have spoken, surely this I will do to all this evil congregation who are gathered together against Me. In this wilderness they shall be destroyed, and there they will die.

Numbers 14:32-35

The water crossings bracketing the 40 years were miraculous or supernatural events. They picture passages through space-time as via a wormhole, a construct that used to be known more formally as an Einstein-Rosen bridge. Consider this account of the Exodus.

19 The angel of God, who had been going before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud moved from before them and stood behind them. 20 So it came between the camp of Egypt and the camp of Israel; and there was the cloud along with the darkness, yet it gave light at night. Thus the one did not come near the other all night. 21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord swept the sea back by a strong east wind all night and turned the sea into dry land, so the waters were divided. 22 The sons of Israel went through the midst of the sea on the dry land, and the waters were like a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. 23 Then the Egyptians took up the pursuit, and all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots and his horsemen went in after them into the midst of the sea. 24 At the morning watch, the Lord looked down on the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud and brought the army of the Egyptians into confusion. 25 He caused their chariot wheels to swerve, and He made them drive with difficulty; so the Egyptians said, "Let us flee from Israel, for the Lord is fighting for them against the Egyptians." 26 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may come back over the Egyptians, over their chariots and their horsemen." 27 So Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to its normal state at daybreak, while the Egyptians were fleeing right into it; then the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. 28 The waters returned and covered the chariots and the horsemen, even Pharaoh's entire army that had gone into the sea after them; not even one of them remained. 29 But the sons of Israel walked on dry land through the midst of the sea, and the waters were like a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.

Exodus 14:19-29

Occult writers and Illuminati mind-control programmers use pillars to represent the link between the heavens and the earth and the means of crossing between them, even time travel. There's a reason for that, because they have learned some of the secrets of heaven as taught by the fallen angels. They understand some darkly hidden things. The church has been continually dumbed down by the tares who rule religious institutions to conceal the Bible's symbolic meaning, about such key matters as the war over heritage and space-time domains. The Lord God has allowed that because it serves His purposes to do so. It also serves His purposes to reveal it to some at the right times. Note how the pillar in Exodus 14 is identified with the angel of God, and how the Lord looked down on the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud. It was like a viewport and perhaps a conduit.

The pillar was a multidimensional bridging construct, aligned vertically. Between the two places where the pillar had been and then came to be, another cross-dimensional bridging construct manifested, in an orientation perpendicular to the pillar.

Observe how the language of the above passage features time as linked to light: "Yet it gave light at night" - "At the morning watch." The morning watch is the one just prior to dawn. How did one collection of people not come near the other all night, as we're told in verse 20? Some kind of time warp? Because, "the sea returned to its normal state at daybreak," we see the returning of the water-as-time to its normal state as the light of day returning after the night. Physics. The laws of physics are in view, and the miraculous actions are obviously due to their manipulation.

When Moses stretched out his hand over the sea and the Lord swept the sea back, the water was made to stand up in a heap like a wall. Note that it's in verse 21, a time number. The laws of physics apply, and the matter has to do with space-time. Was molecular activity slowed to freeze or congeal a boundary to form a wall of time? Why an east wind, all night long? Wind, is, ruach (Hebrew) which is also spirit. The east is the direction associated with the elements air and spirit, and not just by witches in their casting of magic circles. See the book of Enoch mentioned in Jude.

Here's a quote about Passover from The Jewish Holidays, A Guide and Commentary, by Michael Strassfeld. p.27: "The seventh day, according to tradition, marks the crossing of the Red Sea by the Israelites. Some people, particularly Hasidim, follow the custom of pouring water on the floor and singing and dancing to commemorate the crossing of the sea." The seventh day. Seven is a primary time number. The day of the month on which this water crossing is celebrated is the 21st, which is another time number. It's celebrated with a pouring out of water - water-as-time. That same last day of the feast is given special attention in Acts 12. Note the numberings. Chapter 12 features a dimensionally passing over scenario on the 21st day of the month, as Peter miraculously passes through the iron gate, following the angel. The 12 and 21 are reflections, one of the other, and these both signal time in the esoteric layering.

Exodus 15 records the following lyrics of a song that was sung after crossing over the sea.

15 Then the chiefs of Edom were dismayed; The leaders of Moab, trembling grips them; All the inhabitants of Canaan have melted away. 16 Terror and dread fall upon them; By the greatness of Your arm they are motionless as stone; Until Your people pass over, O LORD, Until the people pass over whom You have purchased.

Exodus 15:15-16

It's customary to view the testimony of their being motionless as a stone as expressive language that simply describes their being frozen in fear. Yet, consider it as their being frozen in time when time itself stopped for them - until the Lord's people passed over! Then, time restarted and they were no longer motionless as stone. The matter of time being stopped for Israel to have victory over the armies of their enemy is easily documented in a related account.

As the 40 years of wandering came to an end, Israel was required to cross another body of water at Passover. The River Jordan was at the flood stage and the crossing was, once more, miraculous and prophetic. This time, instead of fleeing from a pursuing army, they are the aggressors, crossing over to lay siege to the walled city of Jericho on their way to claiming the lands promised to them prior to their abrupt departure from Egypt. Shortly after taking Jericho, we find an account of the sun and moon being made to stand still for about a day.

11 As they fled from before Israel, while they were at the descent of Beth-horon, the Lord threw large stones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died; there were more who died from the hailstones than those whom the sons of Israel killed with the sword. 12 Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the sons of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, "O sun, stand still at Gibeon, And O moon in the valley of Aijalon." 13 So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, Until the nation avenged themselves of their enemies. Is it not written in the book of Jashar? And the sun stopped in the middle of the sky and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day. 14 There was no day like that before it or after it, when the Lord listened to the voice of a man; for the Lord fought for Israel. 15 Then Joshua and all Israel with him returned to the camp to Gilgal.

Joshua 10:11-15

The sun and moon are kind of like the hands of a clock. Note the verse numbered 12, the time number. The time keepers were told where to stop. Time was stopped so they could avenge themselves of their enemies. Manipulation of time for warfare. There's a trend!

14 Then God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years; 15 and let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth"; and it was so. 16 God made the two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also.

Genesis 1:14-16

Reflect on the role of the pillar at the crossing of the Sea of Reeds, as we're told in Exodus 14:20 that,"there was the cloud along with the darkness, yet it gave light at night." The pillar of fiery cloud gave light at night like the moon, the lesser light that ruled the night. Israel knew when to go and stop in their wandering by watching the movement of the pillar. A traveling time-keeping pillar.

Notice from Joshua 10:15 that "Joshua and all Israel with him returned to the camp to Gilgal." They returned because that's where they went out from. They went full circle. Gilgal, means, "circle (of stones)." At Gilgal, there were 12 stones that had just been taken out of the dry Jordan riverbed at their crossing, and I expect to be giving that activity more attention. Stones taken from a riverbed would no longer be displacing their volume of water. How strange that the Lord had rained large stones from heaven upon Israel's enemies, the Amorites, just before stopping time in a particular spacial reference system. What usually rains down from heaven? Water. Hail is frozen water. Raining stones as weapons. Time as a weapon.

How did David kill Goliath? With a stone taken from a brook. It was no longer displacing its volume of water.

39 David girded his sword over his armor and tried to walk, for he had not tested them. So David said to Saul, "I cannot go with these, for I have not tested them." And David took them off. 40 He took his stick in his hand and chose for himself five smooth stones from the brook, and put them in the shepherd's bag which he had, even in his pouch, and his sling was in his hand; and he approached the Philistine. ... 50 Thus David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and he struck the Philistine and killed him; but there was no sword in David's hand.

1 Samuel 17:39-40, 50

What happened to the Canaanites who lived near the end of the Jordan River?

23 The sun had risen over the earth when Lot came to Zoar. 24 Then the Lord rained on Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven, 25 and He overthrew those cities, and all the valley, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground.

Genesis 19:23-25

Fiery brimSTONE - rained from heaven.

Consider more of the lyrics sung just after the Exodus.

4 "Pharaoh's chariots and his army He has cast into the sea; And the choicest of his officers are drowned in the Red Sea. 5 "The deeps cover them; They went down into the depths like a stone.

Exodus 15:4-5

We're about to give consideration to the amazingly rich record of the Jordan River crossing, Lord willing. There's something quite remarkable here!

Crossing a River of Time with the Time Ark

* This installment was published on The Open Scroll blog on August 14, 2015.

Why was the period of the wilderness wandering framed by two miraculous water crossings, and both of them at Pesah? Why was the Lord's provision for His people in that period also miraculous, and so unique? Like the Apostle Paul was given to write, it's an example to us and it's for our instruction! I've still got plenty of questions about these things but I have more satisfying answers than before!

When Israel had served out their sentence in the wilderness, fully 40 years had passed since their departure from Egypt. The time had come for Joshua to lead them into the promised land. As it was when they passed over from Egypt into the wilderness, a significant body of water had to be crossed. Read the following account in the same way I encouraged the reading of the exodus in Part 1, as a passage made through a space-time portal with both water and the number 12 signaling time.

12 Now then, take for yourselves twelve men from the tribes of Israel, one man for each tribe. 13 It shall come about when the soles of the feet of the priests who carry the ark of the Lord, the Lord of all the earth, rest in the waters of the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan will be cut off, and the waters which are flowing down from above will stand in one heap." 14 So when the people set out from their tents to pass over the Jordan with the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people, 15 and as soon as those bearing the ark had come as far as the Jordan, and the feet of the priests bearing the ark were dipped in the brink of the water (now the Jordan overflows all its banks throughout the time of harvest), 16 the waters coming down from above stood and rose up in a heap very far away, at Adam, the city that is beside Zarethan, and those flowing down toward the Sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, were completely cut off. And the people passed over opposite Jericho. 17 Now the priests bearing the ark of the covenant of the Lord stood firmly on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan, and all Israel was passing over on dry ground until all the nation finished passing over the Jordan.

Joshua 3:12-17

The water signals time and the Jordan is a river of time. Israel's trip across the dry riverbed was from one bank of the river of time to the other. The crossing pictures a trip from one spatial dimension to another without getting wet, without being touched or influenced by time. The concept isn't exactly novel, as "going over Jordan," means to many folks, "going to heaven." (See lyrics of popular gospel/folk song, Wayfaring Stranger)

You're somewhat familiar with David Flynn's book, Temple at the Center of Time, right? It's well documented that time-distance arcs as ripples in time may be drawn from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, with the point of origin being precisely where the ark of the covenant would have rested, and perhaps still does. (D-Day - June 6 - Portent of a Coming Invasion) We believe the center of time or origin of the flow is the ark itself, which represents the presence of the Most High God and Lord of time. The ark is stationary when it's at rest on the Temple mount, obviously. When it is moved about it's no less the center of time. Consider the role it played in the crossing of the Jordan. When the feet of the priests bearing the ark were dipped in the brink of the water there was an immediate and dramatic response. It was with the soles of their feet that they grounded the ark to the earth. Think of how like poles of two bar magnets repel each other. It's like the waters of the Jordan as a river of time were divided by the ark as a polarity matching source of the flow of time (which is perhaps toroidal in geometric form). The action of the ark at the Jordan pictures the crossing of two streams of time.

The name, Jordan, means "their descent," which I've written about with respect to the descent of the life of man into corruption that ends in the death of the flesh. The Jordan river is an allegorical representation of the life of man, from birth to death. John baptized in the Jordan, and the baptism symbolism of passing though death to eternal life is profound. There is a time element to it because this life of the flesh flows as metered through time.

I'm going to present a collection of scriptures that may inspire you to receive more insight into these things. Alongside this, I want to present the Jordan as the time construct itself that is fit for this age.

Time is a servant construct, appointed for this age to serve the sovereign Lord's purposes. Something different from what we've known as this continuum applies in other ages and realms.

I believe there is a perspective from which, Jordan, as "their descent," references the descent of the Watchers upon Mount Hermon. It was there that they descended in the days of Jared, whose name means, descent, or, to descend. and it is there that we find the headwaters for the Jordan.

1. And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born unto them beautiful and comely daughters. 2. And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: 'Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men and beget us children.' 3. And Semjâzâ, who was their leader, said unto them: 'I fear ye will not indeed agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty of a great sin.' 4. And they all answered him and said: 'Let us all swear an oath, and all bind ourselves by mutual imprecations not to abandon this plan but to do this thing.' 5. Then sware they all together and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it. 6. And they were in all two hundred; who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon, and they called it Mount Hermon, because they had sworn and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it.

Enoch 6:1-6

The Jordan, that symbolic river of life and river of time, originates and flows down from where the rebel angels descended. Their "stream" polluted man entirely, morally and genetically, and those Watchers have been held accountable for making necessary the great purging flood of Noah's day. Water-time wars.

The headwaters have long been and still are linked to idolatry.

Consider the testimony recorded in Matthew 16 about that area.

13 Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, He was asking His disciples, "Who do people say that the Son of Man is?" 14 And they said, "Some say John the Baptist; and others, Elijah; but still others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets." 15 He *said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" 16 Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." 17 And Jesus said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. 18 I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven." 20 Then He warned the disciples that they should tell no one that He was the Christ.

Matthew 16:13-20

Peter, little stone. (Note: stone, rock and water.) The gates of Hades is connected to the flow of water at Banias, or, Paneas in the district of Caesarea Philippi, near the headwaters that flow also into Philia Lake (Berekhat Ram or Lake Ram) at a higher elevation. The Temple of Pan is at Paneas or Pania, which was central to his worship. Pan is one of many alias identities of the Devil.

Consider also the worship of false gods at the headwaters of the Jordan with respect to the tribe of Dan.

"Jordan = Jor + Dan = down from + Dan. Obviously the river was never called the Jordan until after Joshua died and Dan moved to Laish. At the foot of Mount Hermon, the Karst spring cave from which the Jordan River has its source is the largest in the Middle east with a yearly output of over 240 million cubic meters of water. It is absolutely pure, fast flowing and like a mountain stream, "makes your teeth crack" from being deliciously ice cold (15.5 degrees C). The headwaters of the Jordan start less than 100 meters from the pagan Danite temple which Jeroboam inherited from the grandson of Moses." (The Jordan River - Down from Dan)

Here's what Jacob prophesied over his son Dan in a very significant deathbed context. (The prophecy given about his son, Judah, functions as a celestial-terrestrial foundation, a time marker that rigidly fixes the prophetic calendar in these last days.)

16 Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel. 17 Dan shall be a serpent in the way, a horned snake in the path, that bites the horse's heels, so that his rider falls backward.

Genesis 49:16-17

The Jor-Dan River winds through the valley like a serpent in the path. The path of a winding river pictures a serpent, and rivers and serpents are time symbols. The Jor-Dan has Mount Hermon as its source, and straight away it's polluted by idolatry. That time stream of the life of the corrupted flesh has a limit. It ends in the Salt Sea that is most commonly known as the Dead Sea. The life of the flesh and time itself will end as the age appointed for this servant construct runs its full course.

With all that background, when Israel passed over the Jordan in obedience with the priests bearing the ark, two streams crossed, one pure and one polluted. They're not mixed and Israel passes without contamination. These streams also represent time, time streams, rivers or time lines. They're kind of in one time zone on one bank of the river, and then in another on the other.

The ark carried by the priests quite literally represented the presence of the Lord who is the Lord of time, which we see from a later account. The cherubim are those in gold above the mercy seat.

4 So the people sent to Shiloh, and from there they carried the ark of the covenant of the LORD of hosts who sits above the cherubim; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God. 5 As the ark of the covenant of the LORD came into the camp, all Israel shouted with a great shout, so that the earth resounded. 6 When the Philistines heard the noise of the shout, they said, "What does the noise of this great shout in the camp of the Hebrews mean?" Then they understood that the ark of the LORD had come into the camp. 7 The Philistines were afraid, for they said, "God has come into the camp." And they said, "Woe to us! For nothing like this has happened before.

1 Samuel 4:4-7

The ark is like the throne of the Most High God, and out from there flows a river.

1 Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, 2 in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Revelation 22:1-2

The river of the water of life is similar to a river of time but different in some significant way from what we experience in this present realm as a continuum. Note the number 12, with 12 kinds of fruit being yielded in connection with the month of the year, a marking off of units of time. The tree of life is on either side of the river, which is to say, as above or spanning across all time.

Where is the ark?

18 And the nations were enraged, and Your wrath came, and the time came for the dead to be judged, and the time to reward Your bond-servants the prophets and the saints and those who fear Your name, the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth. 19 And the temple of God which is in heaven was opened; and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple, and there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder and an earthquake and a great hailstorm.

Revelation 11:18-19

There will be seen a temple and an ark of His covenant in His temple. When? At the right time, at the appointed time when the temple in Heaven is opened. Those are the models for those that were built in this temporal realm. There is a kind of quantum entanglement, a principle of co-identification and synchronization in the modeling and patterning. Where is the intersection in this time-space of that ark seen in God's heavenly temple? It's hidden according to the Lord's purposes, like with the garden of Eden as access is denied by the angelic guards. Will the ark carried across the Jordan have a further role in these last days? Ron Wyatt was convinced that it would. We also believe it will, to play a key role in major transitional operations.

When we consider how the ark has to do with time we have to consider what was put into the ark, and why. The tablets of stone given to Moses on the mount were placed inside it. God wrote upon them with his own finger. A jar of manna was placed inside, which did not spoil. Aaron's rod that budded was also put inside. These were for a memorial and a testimony. The ark is what we call a time capsule! Things are put inside time capsules to persist them through time as a testimony of the past. Time capsules are usually unearthed and subsequently opened in a public ceremony on a designated anniversary. The ark is just such a time capsule, but on what anniversary shall it be unearthed and opened? Who has been able to open it and see the contents, except some were struck dead for doing just that? That very special time capsule awaits the appointed time. The time is near! Whether the manna and rod remain inside with the tablets or not, it is what the Lord intends, Who assures that not one jot or tittle of all that has been foretold will fail.

Israel's Wandering and the Exodus of Revelation 12

* This installment was published on The Open Scroll blog on August 20, 2015.

Having greater insight into the supernatural provision within the space-time ark environment of the wilderness wandering helps us understand not only what's coming for some of those people accounted as Israel, it helps us grasp the reality of the provision made for some when time is reset, for those who will be insulated from the resultant effect on the rest of the world.

The period of the wandering in the wilderness has a counterpart in the book of Revelation, so that famous historical account prophesies of another season of special provision, one yet to be fulfilled. As it has been, so shall it be. Revelation 12 presents two accounts of special transport, protection and provision. Structural analysis highlights how these two are one. (Thematic Symmetry of Revelation 12 - Interactive)

6 Then the woman fled into the wilderness where she had a place prepared by God, so that there she would be nourished for one thousand two hundred and sixty days. 7 And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon.
...
12 For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time. 13 And when the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child. 14 But the two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, so that she could fly into the wilderness to her place, where she was nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent. 15 And the serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood. 16 But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and drank up the river which the dragon poured out of his mouth. 17 So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.

Revelation 12:6-7, 12-17

With an interpretation of the woman as Israel, the action of fleeing into the wilderness is easily compared to what happened at the exodus when they were being pursued by the Egyptian army. Another easy point of comparison is found in the manner of conveyance. "Two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, so that she could fly into the wilderness to her place," and this description from Revelation 12:14 matches the testimony of Exodus 19:4, where we read about how the Lord bore them on eagles' wings.

1 In the third month after the sons of Israel had gone out of the land of Egypt, on that very day they came into the wilderness of Sinai. 2 When they set out from Rephidim, they came to the wilderness of Sinai and camped in the wilderness; and there Israel camped in front of the mountain. 3 Moses went up to God, and the LORD called to him from the mountain, saying, "Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob and tell the sons of Israel: 4 'You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles' wings, and brought you to Myself.

Exodus 19:1-4

How did He bear them on eagles wings? If you can interpret the symbols you know the two wings of a great eagle describes an interdimensional transport. That's the description He gives for the passage that was made through the water as on dry land. It reads like a stargate transit. The place and season of special provision can well be considered as a space-time ark for protection and preservation for an appointed season.

At the exodus, the Egyptian army was utterly destroyed by water in the manipulation of space-time. The account of the serpent pouring water like a river out of his mouth after the woman in Revelation 12:15 reads like a tit-for-tat payback for the way the returning waters of the Sea of Reeds sent the Egyptian army's horses and riders to their death. The water is a destructive force used to fight battles, and the metaphor speaks of a time weapon wielded on a multidimensional battlefield.

I've called attention to this fact before and it's worth another mention: This water-as-time scenario is in the time numbered chapter 12 of Revelation. In the 12th verse, that's where we read about why the devil will be so angry - and It has to do with time. He will have discovered that his hijacking of time didn't last long enough for him to claim victory. He doesn't know it yet, but then he's going to know that he only has a short time - and that won't be enough.

So, after passing through the Sea of Reeds, Israel was taken off the grid, so to speak, and placed in a region and in a condition that reads like a kind of pocket universe. Another definition given for the English word, sequester is: "2. take legal possession of (assets) until a debt has been paid or other claims have been met." The Lord had a claim on them, for their failure to abide according to the covenant they swore. The debt owed through their offense was paid off during the period of the wandering (at the rate of a year for a day), and at the appointed time they were free to go forth and take the land promised for their own possession. Among the translations of the Hebrew word for how Israel was kept are, imprisonment and quarantine. Israel was imprisoned to serve out the term of their sentence in an isolated dimensional holding cell. Think of hockey's rink-side penalty box. Because of what was accomplished in the purging of rebels and the men of war, it was very much a quarantine. The Lord had to deal with the disease or infection of idolatry, to cure them of the rebellion that manifested in a warring against their Maker, the true and sovereign Lord of time. He intended to reclaim them to make them all His possession.

But the Lord has taken you and brought you out of the iron furnace, from Egypt, to be a people for His own possession, as today.

Deuteronomy 4:20

From the time Israel left Egypt to just before they crossed the Jordan they were very specially provided for. The Lord's provision was miraculous, supernatural, as for a people placed within another realm for this season of special care. The period framed by the esoteric time travel scenarios is unique in so many ways. The Israel that passed over into the promised land was not the same. They were transformed by the journey. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob was bringing forth a transformed people in the process. What happened to them has to be considered as a necessary reset.

When during the exodus Israel had passed through the sea they were brought into a place hemmed in, in a special condition, with special provision. It has been said that Israel was exiled in the wilderness, but it's more useful to see them as having been sequestered. Sequester, means, " isolate or hide away (someone or something)." In the language of Exodus 14, I note that Lord himself declares (and He would know) what would be said of them by Pharaoh, that the wilderness has shut them in.

14:1 Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 "Tell the sons of Israel to turn back and camp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea; you shall camp in front of Baal-zephon, opposite it, by the sea. 3 For Pharaoh will say of the sons of Israel, 'They are wandering aimlessly in the land; the wilderness has shut them in.'

Exodus 14:1-3

Other versions render it variously as, "hemmed in by the desert," "trapped in the wilderness," "the wilderness has boxed them in," and, "the desert has closed in on them." The Hebrew word for how the wilderness shut them in (as it was projected that Pharaoh would say) is related to the one used in the context of the ark of Noah's day, where it is written about the ark that, after all had entered, the LORD closed it behind him. This supports the wilderness as space-time ark metaphor.

16 Those that entered, male and female of all flesh, entered as God had commanded him; and the LORD closed it behind him. 17 Then the flood came upon the earth for forty days, and the water increased and lifted up the ark, so that it rose above the earth. 18 The water prevailed and increased greatly upon the earth, and the ark floated on the surface of the water. 19 The water prevailed more and more upon the earth, so that all the high mountains everywhere under the heavens were covered.

Genesis 7:16-19

The KJV renders it, "and the LORD shut him in." The Lord shut up the life that was being saved inside the ark.

Consider the water-as-time metaphor. Those being saved were dry, having been lifted above the flood of water that brought destruction to those below. The waters of the Sea of Reeds likewise brought destruction to the Egyptian army, but Israel was brought through the water without being touched by it into the wilderness. Time war, time as weaponry. They were shut up in the arid desert wilderness that had no rivers flowing, sealed inside a dry space-time ark that was isolated and insulated for a season from outside waters. The passage of Israel from Egypt to the promised land through the wilderness was not unlike the passage of the people and animals in the ark through the flood of Noah's day, where all flesh and the world itself underwent a reset. By flooding with water-as-time. The season functioned in no small part as a filter, purging Israel and purifying them in preparation for the claiming of the land of promise.

During the flood of Noah's day, it had rained for 40 days and 40 nights. Israel was shut in by the wilderness for 40 years, based upon the 40 days they had spied out the promised land. These time spans aren't random. The records are for our benefit. When the woman of Revelation 12 is going to be "flown" into the wilderness she will enter a place of special provision for a fixed span of time, not unlike the 40 years in the wilderness with Moses. Math fact: The ratio of 40 years to 1260 days rounds up to 12:1. There's the time number again. The ratio of a year for a day was the basis for Israel's term in the wilderness when they were denied access to the promised land, so I deem the ratio is worth noting.

The wilderness wandering with Moses was all about the Pesah at the transitions, but I believe the woman will be flown into the wilderness for 1260 days at the time of Shavuot, because of the principle of Romans 11:15 and the modeling of Genesis 45:27-28, when Jacob saw the carts and believed the words of testimony about Joseph-as-Y'shua. On that observation, I note how the way Israel came out of Egypt is related in manner to how they went in, which expands the themes of interest. The Bible records how they came out on an anniversary of the day they went in, establishing a distinct time connection.

40 Now the time that the sons of Israel lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years. 41 And at the end of four hundred and thirty years, to the very day, all the hosts of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt.

Exodus 12:40-41

For salvation from destruction during the great famine, Jacob and his family were brought to a special place of provision in Egypt. For many years, I've identified the mission of the 144,000 sons of Israel with the mission of Joseph's brothers to fetch Jacob and the rest of the family, connecting it with Revelation 12's account of the fleeing woman. If you're not familiar with this prophetic scenario that probably involves the Bride, I recommend reading the study, Joseph and Benjamin, both parts. (That revelation insight came to me in a memorable season, representing a very significant advance in understanding how the Lord speaks prophetically through His Word.)

Israel was brought to dwell in the land of Goshen, a special region said to be the best of the land of Egypt. With Egypt as a type of heaven, we can see the prophetic shadowing of the nourishing of the woman for 1260 days. This kind of provision is what's also pictured during the period of Israel's wandering in the wilderness, which was special indeed!

Goshen, is connected with cultivation and irrigation.

For the land, which thou goest to possess, is not like the land of Egypt, from whence thou camest out, where, when the seed is sown, waters are brought in to water it after the manner of gardens

Deuteronomy 11:10 (Douay-Rheims Bible)

The region is known for the control of the flow of water - and its use for provision. Time.

The transport provided for Jacob was via Egyptian carts and beasts of burden. Egypt was a type of heaven, and therefore the Egyptian carts represented heavenly vehicles. (See Heaven's Vehicles - UFOs - Fake and Genuine) Their journey is nowhere suggested to involve a miraculous water crossing, but the vehicles and Jacob's response to seeing them implies an inter-dimensional transport.

Israel's Wandering - To be Fed With Angel Food

* This installment was published on The Open Scroll blog on August 21, 2015.

I've mentioned Israel's special condition and provision during the wilderness wandering, which was notable for the many unique and miraculous features. Why were they fed manna from heaven and given water from the rock to drink? The Lord could have had the whole event catered, or done anything else He wanted to do, but what He chose to do is meaningful and necessary both for our instruction and as an example. The account is a display of His care for people who have been made fit for dwelling in a super-earthly environment that exists outside this space-time domain.

10:1 For I do not want you to be unaware, brethren, that our fathers were all under the cloud and all passed through the sea; 2 and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea; 3 and all ate the same spiritual food; 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ. 5 Nevertheless, with most of them God was not well-pleased; for they were laid low in the wilderness. 6 Now these things happened as examples for us, so that we would not crave evil things as they also craved.

1 Corinthians 10:1-6

For almost the entire time they were in the wilderness they ate spiritual food and drank spiritual water. If we take that literally, we have to consider how it was that a physical body could eat and drink spiritual food? Something very special was going on in that peculiar realm that they had passed over into as through a stargate. They were largely sustained in this way until they were about to cross over the Jordan.

The sons of Israel ate the manna forty years, until they came to an inhabited land; they ate the manna until they came to the border of the land of Canaan.

Exodus 16:35

12 He wrought wonders before their fathers In the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan. 13 He divided the sea and caused them to pass through, And He made the waters stand up like a heap. 14 Then He led them with the cloud by day And all the night with a light of fire. 15 He split the rocks in the wilderness And gave them abundant drink like the ocean depths. 16 He brought forth streams also from the rock And caused waters to run down like rivers.
...
23 Yet He commanded the clouds above And opened the doors of heaven; 24 He rained down manna upon them to eat And gave them food from heaven. 25 Man did eat the bread of angels; He sent them food in abundance.

Psalm 78:12-16, 23-25

I recommend reading Joshua 5 for more detail about the provision. While you're there, give due attention to how circumcision had been suspended. Why? Think about it. Circumcision has to do with a covenant that relates to the flesh. This kind of flesh like you and I have. For them, it wasn't necessary. It speaks of a condition or state where no such covenant or cutting of flesh was necessary or applicable. Did the former kind of flesh no longer exist in those who were born during that season? Certainly not in type. They ate the food of angels, which was fit for angel flesh, for those who inhabited heavenly domains.

Have you considered 1 Corinthians 15 and the kinds of bodies fitted to different domains? All flesh is not the same flesh. Baptism and resurrection are very closely related, and with the baptism of this people in the sea and in the cloud there is also a resurrection component that should be given fair consideration. We're invited to compare their flesh in the wandering to that of their resurrection bodies to consider the similitude.

These people had become known as Hebrews, a word that derives from a root meaning, "to cross over, to cross over a boundary." Their very identity forever connected them in most minds with the miraculous exodus. In whatever way you're used to thinking about that, try to incorporate insight into how they were actually transformed through the experience in preparation for receiving their promised land. When the great Yobel-Jubilee comes and descendants of Jacob receive an enduring inheritance in the land, it will have come through a transformative action not unlike what transpired in the desert wilderness when their forbears had been baptized into Moses.

How special was their condition after receiving such provision? When Moses died at the age of 120, he was still quite robust.

5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD. 6 And He buried him in the valley in the land of Moab, opposite Beth-peor; but no man knows his burial place to this day. 7 Although Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he died, his eye was not dim, nor his vigor abated.

Deuteronomy 34:5-7

The expected effect of aging was not apparent because time did not have the usual impact. Note, 120 years is 12 x 10.

Consider Caleb's testimony when claiming his inheritance in the promised land.

10 Now behold, the Lord has let me live, just as He spoke, these forty-five years, from the time that the Lord spoke this word to Moses, when Israel walked in the wilderness; and now behold, I am eighty-five years old today. 11 I am still as strong today as I was in the day Moses sent me; as my strength was then, so my strength is now, for war and for going out and coming in.

Joshua 14:10-11

It's called to our attention because it was beyond any reasonable expectation.

Here's a report of the exceptional condition of the people upon their departure from Egypt.

Then He brought them out with silver and gold, and among His tribes there was not one who stumbled.

Psalm 105:37

At the institution of Pesah, the sign of the blood of the sacrificed lamb on the doorway spared the occupants from the plague of the firstborn. The time language in this account is worth pointing out.

10 And you shall not leave any of it over until morning, but whatever is left of it until morning, you shall burn with fire. 11 Now you shall eat it in this manner: with your loins girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste-it is the Lord’s Passover. 12 For I will go through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments-I am the Lord. 13 The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live; and when I see the blood I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.

Exodus 12:10-13

Note the time numbered verse 12 in Exodus 12: The destruction was according to the appointed time, on that night, which was about midnight (Ex. 11:4). We call that 12 O'Clock. The time number. They ate the lamb in haste with their clothes and sandals on, ready to travel at a moment's notice. Haste - with urgency, with heightened observation of the passing of time.

While on their lengthy journey their apparel did not wear out.

I have led you forty years in the wilderness; your clothes have not worn out on you, and your sandal has not worn out on your foot.

Deuteronomy 29:5

Garments represent bodies that are are suitable for specific dimensional realms. Their's were, for that season, everlasting. Egypt had been a type of heaven, and Egyptian garments are heavenly garments that are not subject to decay over time.

The children received special garments.

21 I will grant this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians; and it shall be that when you go, you will not go empty-handed. 22 But every woman shall ask of her neighbor and the woman who lives in her house, articles of silver and articles of gold, and clothing; and you will put them on your sons and daughters. Thus you will plunder the Egyptians.

Exodus 3:21-22

It was those who were specially clothed with the Egyptian garments that survived the journey. With the exception of Joshua and Caleb, every single adult died in the wilderness, everyone above the age of 20. By making age the criteria, this also puts emphasis on the time factor.

The example of the wilderness wandering illustrates a supernatural provision for a people granted a season where they subsisted outside normal space-time. Why would such a thing be necessary? According to the model, for salvation in the midst of warring between God's people and their enemies, where multidimensional domains are involved. For the preparation of a people for grants of promised inheritance. For necessary resets. Inter-dimensional transits and supernatural provision have been and will be a reality. This is not just some speculative fantasy. Space-time arks are a reality. As demonstrated, one or more seasons of dwelling in super-earthly environments outside this space-time domain are coming.

Israel's Wandering - Twelve Stones

* This installment was published on The Open Scroll blog on August 25, 2015.

When Israel crossed over into the promised land after 40 years in the desert wilderness, they passed westward over the Jordan opposite Jericho, and the waters were at flood stage. The waters parted miraculously, as at the exodus, but at this crossing, some very interesting things were done with 2 sets of 12 stones.

1 Now when all the nation had finished crossing the Jordan, the Lord spoke to Joshua, saying, 2 "Take for yourselves twelve men from the people, one man from each tribe, 3 and command them, saying, ‘Take up for yourselves twelve stones from here out of the middle of the Jordan, from the place where the priests’ feet are standing firm, and carry them over with you and lay them down in the lodging place where you will lodge tonight.’" 4 So Joshua called the twelve men whom he had appointed from the sons of Israel, one man from each tribe; 5 and Joshua said to them, "Cross again to the ark of the Lord your God into the middle of the Jordan, and each of you take up a stone on his shoulder, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Israel. 6 Let this be a sign among you, so that when your children ask later, saying, ‘What do these stones mean to you?’ 7 then you shall say to them, ‘Because the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord; when it crossed the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off.’ So these stones shall become a memorial to the sons of Israel forever." 8 Thus the sons of Israel did as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones from the middle of the Jordan, just as the Lord spoke to Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Israel; and they carried them over with them to the lodging place and put them down there. 9 Then Joshua set up twelve stones in the middle of the Jordan at the place where the feet of the priests who carried the ark of the covenant were standing, and they are there to this day. 10 For the priests who carried the ark were standing in the middle of the Jordan until everything was completed that the Lord had commanded Joshua to speak to the people, according to all that Moses had commanded Joshua. And the people hurried and crossed; 11 and when all the people had finished crossing, the ark of the Lord and the priests crossed before the people. 12 The sons of Reuben and the sons of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh crossed over in battle array before the sons of Israel, just as Moses had spoken to them; 13 about 40,000 equipped for war, crossed for battle before the Lord to the desert plains of Jericho.

Joshua 4:1-13

Twelve stones were taken out of the dry riverbed, from the middle of the Jordan, and these became a memorial. Twelve other stones were taken from the promised land and put in the Jordan. No reason is given for this ritual.

Then Joshua set up twelve stones in the middle of the Jordan at the place where the feet of the priests who carried the ark of the covenant were standing, and they are there to this day.

Joshua 4:9

If you understand the symbolism you can interpret the ritual, and so we should.

Water and the number 12 both signal time, and the esoteric context has to do with space and time, so let's consider the physics. Think about fluid dynamics, about how water flows through a river. Water flows around obstructions like rocks. The interruption in flow causes turbulence, eddies and vortices. Everywhere a passage has a localized constriction, the velocity and pressure of the water changes due to Bernoulli's principle (a law of Continuum Mechanics - see also Venturi and airfoil), and what's called fluid friction changes as the flowing water encounters one kind of surface or another. Removing rocks from a riverbed causes a change in the volume of the river, because the rocks had displaced their volume of water. If you're trying to picture the impact of what was done at the Jordan on the river system, it seems pretty silly, of course. Yet, what was done has to do with time and how a change was made to space-time, and that's quite serious. Most folks just shrug it off when reading the Bible's unexplained accounts of high strangeness, but these things are all recorded for good reasons. The flow of water through the region of the crossing would have been changed. As a prophetic type, which it surely is, we should note that it will be changed - according to the esoteric space-time allegory. The flow of time will be altered. The prophetic reset ritual at the Jordan had to do with creating an orderly flow where the ark had been, causing it to flow around precisely positioned "promised land" rocks where time had been grounded (as explained earlier) by the soles of the feet of the priests who carried the ark. The ark: yes, that's the very fixture that was set in the temple at the center of time; the key to the parting of the Jordan.

Verse 9 of Joshua 4 declares that these 12 stones from the promised land were set up by Joshua. Joshua was the 13th stone mover in the ritual because 12 other men had each removed one stone. The number 12 is a primary time number, and in connection with that set, the 13th signifies time control. This is a key observation, so I'm going to explore it further. Symbols matter, perhaps especially those that have to do with time / space-time.

54 And He was also saying to the crowds, "When you see a cloud rising in the west, immediately you say, ‘A shower is coming,’ and so it turns out. 55 And when you see a south wind blowing, you say, ‘It will be a hot day,’ and it turns out that way. 56 You hypocrites! You know how to analyze the appearance of the earth and the sky, but why do you not analyze this present time?

Luke 12:54-56

Thus far in this series I've called out many of the twelves encountered to illustrate the connection with time. Many instances also involve water or sand. Did you notice the passage above is from Luke 12, and that there's a wet/dry + space-time connection? Some features that appear in the Bible's chapter and verse numberings involving 12 and 13 are worth noting, because the Author oversees every aspect of His Word and our lives, but those numberings that occur in the text itself do seem the more noteworthy. There are those instances where the numbers appear directly in the text, and those that are discovered in the count of things being described in a context, and then also numbers appear as factors or sums or products or in gematria. Many students of the biblical text just assume E. W. Bullinger's observations about meaning in his classic, Numbers in Scripture, make it the be-all and end-all reference standard, but it should rather be recognized as a useful introduction to the concept.

Here are some of the observations we've logged about how the number 12 signals time.

Jesus answered, "Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world.

John 11:9

Hours in the day: Twelve. There's a parable, obviously. Was Jesus just being Captain Obvious by calling out the numerical fact? I think not. Light of the World. That's He Himself, obviously, understanding light as a metaphor, and it's also a cosmological reference. By not stumbling one follows the intended course - walking according to the 12 hours, with continuity. Time continuum.

Twelve is the number of hours in the daytime, and of the nighttime. That's a feature described by the Copernicus style solar-centric model as caused by the rotation of the earth about its axis. Space-time. Twelve is also the number of constellations passed through by the sun in its annual circuit through the celestial heavens. Twelve is the nearest whole number of lunar months in the year. Twelve is the number of Earth's years that it takes Jupiter to make a full circuit through the celestial sphere, which is the planet known as the King or Ruling Planet. Jupiter - that's the very celestial light featured in Revelation 12:1 as the crown of 12 stars seen on the woman's head. It's also featured in Genesis 49 as the scepter that does not turn aside or depart from Judah, the lion or Leo. Those are celestial prophesies that function as markers of exact calendar dates to effectively establish the critical timing of our Lord's comings.

Consider the account of Genesis 6 where the man of flesh has his days numbered at 12 x 10 years. It's a standard we identify with the limit of the span of a man's life, and also with the count of years until the flood - the great flood of water (time), of course.

1 Now it came about, when men began to multiply on the face of the land, and daughters were born to them, 2 that the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves, whomever they chose. 3 Then the Lord said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years."

Genesis 6:1-3

Men began to multiply? Hmmmm. Let's pay attention to the math.

At the exodus, Israel crossed over what's sometimes known as the Red Sea, but in many translations it's the Sea of Reeds. Why reeds? They were used like yardsticks.

11:1 And there was given to me a reed like to a rod, and the messenger stood, saying, `Rise, and measure the sanctuary of God, and the altar, and those worshipping in it; 2 and the court that is without the sanctuary leave out, and thou mayest not measure it, because it was given to the nations, and the holy city they shall tread down forty-two months; 3 and I will give to My two witnesses, and they shall prophesy days, a thousand, two hundred, sixty, arrayed with sackcloth;

Revelation 11:1-3

John was given a reed like a rod and told to use it to measure. Measuring the temple - temporal - time. Measuring the worshippers suggests something other than their height or girth, perhaps their number as a count, which would relate to a particular moment or perhaps span of time. Time spans are given in that context, and both factor neatly using the mirrored pair of time numbers, 12 and 21.

42 months =21*2
1260 days = 12*105

If you consider the two witnesses independently, each prophesied for 1260 days so we add them for a total of 2520 days.

2520 = 12*21*10

The twelves inherent in the reed measuring of Revelation 11 are more subtle than what we find in the time numbered chapter 21. Many popular Bible versions use the word, reed, in verse 15.

10 and he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and did shew to me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, coming down out of the heaven from God, 11 having the glory of God, and her light [is] like a stone most precious, as a jasper stone clear as crystal, 12 having also a wall great and high, having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve messengers, and names written thereon, which are [those] of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel, 13 at the east three gates, at the north three gates, at the south three gates, at the west three gates; 14 and the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. 15 And he who is speaking with me had a golden reed, that he may measure the city, and its gates, and its wall; 16 and the city lieth square, and the length of it is as great as the breadth; and he did measure the city with the reed - furlongs twelve thousand; the length, and the breadth, and the height, of it are equal; 17 and he measured its wall, an hundred forty-four cubits, the measure of a man, that is, of the messenger;

Revelation 21:10-17 (YLT)

In chapter 21, verse 12 alone identifies three sets of 12! The numbering of the city wall in cubits is 144, which is 12*12. It's "the measure of a man, that is, of the messenger."

A sea of reeds is a sea (water as time) of standards of measurement for space-time and some metric of note that has to do with those interacting with heavenly domains. That's what was parted and what Israel crossed through in their exodus stargate transit model!

The account of the crossing over the Sea of Reeds from Egypt begins in Exodus 12. What we find at the beginning of that time signal numbered chapter is an instruction to initialize the calendar, to reset their accounting of - TIME!

1 Now the Lord said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, 2 "This month shall be the beginning of months for you; it is to be the first month of the year to you.

Exodus 12:1-2

The word, month, appears 3 times in verse 2 as the declaration is doubled for clarity and emphasis. And again, in most years on the Lord's calendar, the number of lunar months is 12.

When you read through Exodus 12 you should easily discover how the pervading theme is about times and timing. With regard to the Passover, it is established on the calendar so it ends on the 21st day of the month and features the number 7 as its duration. The passing over of the Sea of Reeds is celebrated on that 21st day. The mirror of 12 is 21, and this number is also a primary time number. The factoring of 21 into 3 * 7 identifies two other primary time numbers of note. Passover is in the first month of the year, so the Feast is celebrated in the third set of sevens of every year. The Feast was established as a memorial forever, for all TIME! More emphasis is placed on timing by reason of calling the Feast, Hag haMatzot, the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The reason why the bread was unleavened is because they didn't have TIME!

33 The Egyptians urged the people, to send them out of the land in haste, for they said, "We will all be dead." 34 So the people took their dough before it was leavened, with their kneading bowls bound up in the clothes on their shoulders.

Exodus 12:33-34

The last plague in Egypt happened on the night that began the Feast. It's known as the plague of the firstborn, which has to do with the selection according to age or time sequence. The destroyer angel came about midnight, as I already mentioned in Part 4, which we account as being 12 o'clock.

We don't know the exact number of those who left in the exodus but there is one numbering given in the text.

37 Now the sons of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand men on foot, aside from children. 38 A mixed multitude also went up with them, along with flocks and herds, a very large number of livestock.

Exodus 12:37-38

This numbering of 600,000 is the only one recorded, and we should see that as serving the Author's purposes. It identifies the people primarily with the number of man, 6, but the number also factors to 12*5000. The way they passed over the sea actually highlights that particular factoring.

and God turneth round the people the way of the wilderness of the Red Sea, and by fifties have the sons of Israel gone up from the land of Egypt.

Exodus 13:18 (YLT)

They passed through the sea, not as a disorderly mob but in martial array, organized in ranks of fifties.

600,000/50=12,000 or 12 * 1000

There's a similar accounting made that involves the other contingent, the Egyptian army.

5 When the king of Egypt was told that the people had fled, Pharaoh and his servants had a change of heart toward the people, and they said, "What is this we have done, that we have let Israel go from serving us?" 6 So he made his chariot ready and took his people with him; 7 and he took six hundred select chariots, and all the other chariots of Egypt with officers over all of them.

Exodus 14:5-7

The number of select chariots is the only count offered for the size of the pursuing army: 600. That's exactly 1 for every 1000 of the only number given for how many children of Israel passed over, being 600,000 men on foot.

600 = 12*50

Twelve: Another highlighting of the time number, which appears as a factor paired with the number associated with a martial array - and they were the pursuing army.

According to the song that was sung after having passed over, these were cast into the sea. (as the water of time - and note, as stones - at the bottom of the sea.)

4 Pharaoh’s chariots and his army He has cast into the sea; And the choicest of his officers are drowned in the Red Sea. 5 The deeps cover them; They went down into the depths like a stone.

Exodus 15:4-5

It should well be noted that the number 60 is a very obvious factor in both of those numberings and that 60 is another important time and space-time number. There are 60 minutes in an hour and 60 seconds in a minute. Locations on the globe of the earth are identified in a geographical coordinate system of latitude and longitude. A location is given in coordinates specifying direction, degrees, minutes and seconds. Each degree has subdivisions of 60 minutes, with 60 seconds per minute. Distance in space, and time - space-time - because of the apparent rotation about the earth's axis through 360 degrees in 24 hours.

Now, because the chapter in Exodus numbered 12 began with a calendar reset, the attention given to the exactness of the timing at the chapter's end places even more emphasis on the number's connection with time.

41 And at the end of four hundred and thirty years, to the very day, all the hosts of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. 42 It is a night to be observed for the Lord for having brought them out from the land of Egypt; this night is for the Lord, to be observed by all the sons of Israel throughout their generations.
...
50 Then all the sons of Israel did so; they did just as the Lord had commanded Moses and Aaron. 51 And on that same day the Lord brought the sons of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their hosts.

Exodus 12:41-42, 50-51

Israel came out on the very anniversary of when they went in, at Pesah. When Israel eventually crossed over the Jordan it was once more at the time of Pesah. These observations highlight the importance of timing, and alert us to watch for time symbolism.

So, Exodus 12 is dense with time signaling. We've seen many other twelves in chapter and verse numberings where time is the key, like in Daniel 12:12, and in Revelation 12:12 which I already mentioned.

11 From the time that the regular sacrifice is abolished and the abomination of desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 How blessed is he who keeps waiting and attains to the 1,335 days!

Daniel 12:11-12

1335 ~ 1+3+3+5=12
1290 ~ 1+2+9+0=12

In the following passage we find time symbols being combined in the first dealing of the Lord's people upon having crossed over the Sea of Reeds. Note the 12 springs of water!

25b There He made for them a statute and regulation, and there He tested them. 26 And He said, "If you will give earnest heed to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in His sight, and give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I, the Lord, am your healer." 27 Then they came to Elim where there were twelve springs of water and seventy date palms, and they camped there beside the waters.
