When Will the Lawless One be Revealed?

Students of history have for a long time observed that events with similar themes tend to occur on anniversaries of the same day, as accounted on the Lord's calendar. In keeping with this trend, you will discover in this study that the revealing of the lawless one is foreshadowed in events that each occurred on the thirteenth day of the first month! Many of these are recorded in the Bible. Beyond even those remarkable insights, another supernatural phenomenon simply but yet very dramatically marks the thirteenth day of a month. These all bear convincing testimony about the coming lawless one and his revelation on the thirteenth day of the first month! This study will bring many fascinating facts to your attention about these things and about the significance of the number thirteen. It should become apparent at some point in this study that the Lord is faithful, who has promised to reveal all things at the appropriate time in the appropriate manner! What things are being revealed are necessary to avoid being deceived! Before this three part study ends I will address what this all means, the Lord's purposes and our response.

As I wrote in the first part of this series, if one can have the confidence to refute even a prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from the highest appointed authority in the church in the absence of the sign, we must be able to have a very high degree of confidence in our ability to recognize it. Knowing even on what day of the year the sign will occur provides that level of confidence, and this feature will testify to the rest of the world that there is a people who know the Lord who knows even the end from the beginning and tells it like it is!

Haman

In the drama of the book of Esther, the character named Haman is a popularly recognized type of the lawless one.

The name "Haman" means, "the rager: their tumult." "Tumult" means "disorderly commotion of a great crowd or tempestuous uprising - a riot." This is an appropriate name for a pattern of the lawless one, wouldn't you say? It was on the thirteenth day of the first month (by name - Abib or Nisan) that Haman decreed death for God's people throughout the land. All the media was called in for the event. Receiving the King's gift of the signet ring represents Haman's receipt of the authority of the throne. Haman made known the authority he had received in the wicked act performed on Nisan 13! It is after this pattern that we may expect to see the lawless one foreshadowed in Haman make his identity known by a manifestation of an appointment of authority on the thirteenth day of the first month.

Barabbas

The next type of the lawless one I'd like to introduce is rather obscure. This particular character is introduced in the Gospels in the account where Jesus was delivered up before Pontius Pilate and the Jews had just been given one final opportunity to receive him as their King. A choice was offered to them according to the custom of releasing one prisoner to the Jews at Passover time. Although Pilate was highly motivated to release Jesus, the Jews demanded another.

All four Gospels record this event, which feature, of itself, makes it rather significant.^#1

The Jews rejected Jesus who is called Christ and accepted one Barabbas, a robber, murderer and insurrectionist. It is a fact that, according to some of the manuscripts used by Origen, several of the Caesarean manuscripts, the Sinaitic palimpsest, and the Palestinian Syriac lectionaries, this man Barabbas was actually named in Matthew's gospel record as Jesus Barabbas. (see Jesus Barabbas or Jesus or Jesus) This is very telling because the choice offered by Pilate was between two named Jesus; one Jesus who is called both Christ and the king of the Jews and one "Barabbas," whose name means "son of the father." This Jesus Barabbas, or, Jesus son-of-the-father was involved in political insurrection, in robbery, murder and rebellion, showing him to be an antithesis of the only begotten son of the Heavenly father.

Jesus Barabbas foreshadows the lawless one of II Thessalonians 2, the one who is soon to be demanded by the spiritual leaders of the Jews as well as the great majority of the Gentile world, even including many from within the professing church. This counterfeit who brought death to his enemies was presented and received on the day before Jesus was crucified, an anniversary of the date Haman issued his decree to bring death to his enemies. This biblical type of the lawless one was presented to the public and received by them in the place of the Jesus, son of The True father on the thirteenth day of the first month. This is in no way a mere coincidence. When you realize the significance of these historical modelings you will understand that even such as the custom at the Feast of releasing one prisoner at the people's request was ordained so that we might have such a testimony as this!

Given the focus on the name of the Jesus Barabbas antichrist I wanted to note here that the lawless one will not come in his father's name but in his own name.

Judas Iscariot

Another figure of the wicked man to come is Judas Iscariot. Did you know Judas and the lawless one are the only two referred to in the Bible by the term "doomed to destruction"? Just that one simple fact directs the student of prophecy to learn about the coming one from the pattern of Judas Iscariot.

As we study the scriptural record of Judas Iscariot we find two outstanding events by which he is popularly known. These both 1) relate to his interaction with Jesus, 2) concern a revealing of identity and 3) occur on the 13th day of the first month. In the first event, while in the presence of his disciples at the last supper the Lord rather mysteriously identifies Judas as the one who would betray him. In the second, Judas betrays Jesus with a kiss that was the sign that revealed his identity to those who would arrest him. The author of the Bible draws our attention to these events in a manner of notably heightened drama. Why? Prophecy, my friend. These things are prophetic!

First, let's consider this antichrist's name. The name "Judas" is the Greek form of the name "Judah." The royal and messianic bloodline of Israel stems from Judah. The true Messiah is the King of the Jews.

The disciples were all Galileans, (Acts 2:7) and Galilee is the region of Benjamin. This disciple Judas had been the one among them with a name representing the heritage of the messianic king of the Jews. The lawless one will be welcomed as that king. He is shown to have rulership authority in the books of Daniel and Revelation. The coming "Judas" will pretend to come in the authority of the true King and one great lie will be that he and not Jesus of Nazareth is the rightful and anointed King of the Jews. The claim to that title with all it means is a matter or no small importance, as seen in the reaction to Jesus' claim in all four gospels' records.

This man Judas is further identified as "Iscariot," which indicates that he is "from Kerioth." "Kerioth" means "cities." He was not from the good city Abraham looked to whose builder and maker is God, however. "Iscariot" links Judas to Nimrod, a popularly recognized type of the antichrist ruler. (Genesis chapter 10. See Nimrod and this Nimrod) Nimrod is so linked to "cities" that his name is found under the definition of "city" in Easton's 1897 Bible Dictionary. He first began to build cities after the confusion of tongues at Babel and he is considered widely to be the first world dictator. The first-listed center of Nimrod's kingdom was Babel or Babylon, the symbol of the Beast's kingdom that is used so prominently in Revelation. Nimrod also built Nineveh, the capitol of Assyria. He is associated with "The Assyrian" type in Micah 5:6. The name "Nimrod" means "he will rebel." The number associated with rebellion is the number thirteen.

Let's consider the events involving Judas and Jesus on the 13th day of the first month. First, it was at what is known as the last supper that Judas is revealed as the one who would betray Jesus. If you've got any doubts about whether baptism is the event that reveals the lawless one, this should dispel them! It will help if you put consideration of the historical perspective behind you and allow the spirit speak to you of the future.

As Nisan 13 began, our Lord was having his final meal with his disciples. The subject of this time at the meal is the identity of the one who would betray Jesus. This prophetic setting of the last days has all the major players in view; Y'shua, the lawless one, the church and the 144,000. Peter was curious about who would betray Jesus, as we are also about the identity of the one the betrayer foreshadowed. As shown in many other studies Peter represents the church. The disciple Jesus loved, who is John, represents the 144,000 sons of Israel. Like as in John 21, the strange interaction between Peter and this disciple exhibits the interdependent relationship between the Bride and the 144,000. The position of reclining reveals that the 144,000 are not yet sealed for service, just the same way as in the prophetic scenario of 1 Samuel 3. It is in this context that the lawless one is revealed.

The betrayer's identity was revealed in a very intriguing manner. I had often wondered why Jesus didn't just come out and say Judas was the betrayer, or perhaps, point to him. What's all that bread dipping activity about? Was Jesus trying to be theatrical? No, it's an allusion to baptism and anointing so those of us instructed in such matters don't miss the hidden teaching about the counterfeit! One key to understanding the lesson is the deeper meaning of bread.

John 6:35 records Jesus' declaration that the true bread from heaven is he himself. The Greek word translated “dipping” in verse 26 is “bapto.” That's baptism, which literally means "dipping"! Baptizing is for the purpose of revealing, remember? When the true bread from heaven was baptized, he was revealed! When Jesus dipped the bread, it was a symbolic baptism! When he gave the bread he had just dipped to Judas, he was revealing that disciple as the betrayer. As I have declared in numerous ways, the appointed baptism of the counterfeit Bread will reveal his identity to the observant Bride. This cryptic scenario acted out at the last supper speaks pretty loudly to those of us with ears to hear!

Now, consider the message of verse 27: "As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him. 'What you are about to do, do quickly,' Jesus told him." Do you see the pattern of the genuine being repeated here? This is valuable insight into the coming counterfeit and a validation of what the Lord has shown us from 2 Thessalonians 2! At our Lord's baptism, it was as soon as he came out of the water that the dove (holy spirit) descended upon him to abide. (Greek "meno" - abide) This was His Father's presence coming to abide with Him. Thus, we see a prophetic foreview of the anointing of the lawless one in the words: "As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him." It was only after the Lord's baptism that he really began his miracle ministry, doing the works that exhibited the power and authority of the anointing. According to this same pattern, it was after Judas took the bread and Satan subsequently entered into him that he was able to respond to the Lord's words: "What you are about to do, do quickly." Do you see it? So, then, as it was that none of the disciples at the meal understood what was going on, so it will be with the great majority of the church. They will fail to realize the true significance of the event when it happens.

Note that the narration calls the betrayer, "Judas Iscariot, son of Simon." The label is given here in the context of his anointing. The name “Simon” (Greek for “Simeon”) means “hearing.” I have learned that the breaking of bread is an act that symbolizes the opening of the ears for hearing what had been hidden. Are you listening? Verse 30: "As soon as Judas had taken the bread, he went out. And it was night." A blackest darkness will descend upon the hearts and minds of men from that time.

This amazing prophetic drama happened on the thirteenth day of the first month! O, Lord, honor the prayers of your servant and open the eyes and ears of your people, so that they may find you while the light yet shines in this present season.

The other event involving Judas came later in this same thirteenth day of the first month as he carried out that act of betrayal in the garden of Gethsemane. (For more about what happened in this place see The Testimony of Gethsemane.) Rather than another baptism or anointing we find here a consequence of the anointing, and insight into the greater purpose of the revelation of the lawless one.

Now, what is the greater purpose of the revelation of the lawless one? As Judas did with a kiss, the lawless one will reveal Jesus, exposing His identity! The baptism event will not only reveal the identity of the betrayer it will most importantly reveal the identity of the one betrayed! The 144,000 sons of Israel (pictured at the last supper in the reclining disciple Jesus loved) will be watching, their attention fixed upon the activity of the betrayer. Their true Messiah will become known to them as appointed through the agency of the betrayer! By means of the activities of the counterfeit, the attention of some will be directed to the genuine. As verse 19 from the above quoted passage from John 13 states, “so that when it does happen you will believe that I am He.” Y'shua HaMashiach! Baruch haba b'shem Adonai - Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!

The one coming after the pattern of the betrayer Judas will ultimately fulfill his mission to divulge, make known and reveal the true Messiah. That is the greater purpose to which he is appointed! Neither the Jews nor the Gentiles as a corporate entity can fully come to recognize the identity of the true Messiah except through the agency of the one appointed for this great task of revealing. Yes, he will lead astray and deceive, but, the Lord's plan is perfect in design and execution. More will come to greater salvation than otherwise could, knowing Y'shua the true King of the Jews intimately!

When the lawless one is revealed, an immediate consequence is that persecution begins to be poured out upon those who see through the great lie. Reread the passage from Mark 14 above. What happened to Jesus will happen to those He had been praying for just prior to his arrest. (John 17) If we are so honored, it may well be you and I, dear friend!

I'd like to make a few observations. In the epistle of 1 John where we are granted some insight into antichrist we read a feature we can note in this account of the antichrist Judas.

Though he was one of the Twelve, as we see below, he did not truly belong.

A noteworthy point-counterpoint Messiah - antiMessiah feature evident in the account of the betrayal is that when the lawless one is revealed, a new season of great darkness begins - his hour when darkness reigns!

This point was made in the prophetic snapshot from the last supper as well.

This is in direct contrast to when the true Messiah had been baptized. After his baptism, he first spent 40 days being tempted in the wilderness. About the time after that the record of Matthew 4 declares the following.

And so we learn much from Judas Iscariot and the biblical accounts of his activities on that fateful thirteenth day of the first month.

John and Revelation: Judas and the Beast

Much of what I just covered regarding Judas was from the thirteenth chapter of John. There is a close match to this in another book attributed to John the Revelator, with a common chapter numbering. I think you'll find the following comparison more than a little interesting. (The following is also found in the study: Resurrection on the Third Day)

Herod

The exact day on which Herod (meaning “heroic,” a type of the underdog's hero - the lawless one) began to persecute the Church isn't specified, but based upon the account given in Acts 12:1-3 we may note the approximate time.

This persecution by Herod matches the pattern seen in both Judas Iscariot and Hamon. How much would you wager against the thirteenth day of the first month as the day persecution was begun? Ditto.

The Nisan 13 Lamp

Beyond the modeling done through biblical types like Haman, Judas and Herod, insight into the revelation of the lawless one may be gleaned from other considerations of the thirteenth day of the first month. There is an interesting tidbit that relates to the menorah, what I call here the Nisan 13 lamp.

The true Messiah is the light of the world.

Satan is not and has never been one, but does masquerade as an angel of light.

The counterfeit will follow in his father's footsteps.

And so it is that the coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with that work of counterfeiting the true light of the world. The true Light is symbolized by the seven-branched menorah, the lampstand in the holy place of the temple. (See The Menorah of the Tabernacle) The coming of the counterfeit light on Nisan 13 is reflected in a very interesting Jewish tradition. Quoting the popular resource: The Jewish Holidays - a Guide and Commentary by Michael Strassfeld (p. 193):According to tradition, the sanctuary was dedicated in the desert beginning with the first of Nisan. Each day the prince of one of the twelve tribes would bring offerings to the sanctuary (see Numbers, chapter 7). A few synagogues follow the custom of reading from the Torah each day the appropriate portion for each prince..... On the thirteenth of Nisan, we read the portion that begins "When You light the lamps..." (Num. 8:1,2) in honor of the tribe of Levi who served in the sanctuary."

From the NIV, that passage reads:

Consider what our Lord taught in the Gospel of Luke.

As the great light shined forth after the anointing of the true Messiah, as the true menorah was lit, the light that is great darkness will break forth when the counterfeit menorah is lit. If your eyes are good, as the lamp of your body (What are good eyes but eyes that see, that understand the hidden things?), your whole body is full of light and you will be completely lighted by the light that is true light shining forth from the true menorah. When the counterfeit menorah is lit and the darkness shines on those who are before the lampstand, that light that is in fact darkness will reveal that eye and that body that is full of darkness.

Should we expect the anti-menorah to be lit on some day other than the thirteenth day of the first month, even while this passage is being read in certain of the synagogues of the Jews?

Hale-Bopp/Hyakutake

The evidence I've presented thus far connecting the revelation of the lawless one with the thirteenth of Nisan has come from biblical types, with an additional exhibit drawn from Jewish tradition. Now, I'm going to present an astronomical phenomenon, a recent sign in the heavens. If what I already shared speaks loudly, this should shout!

A comparison of the paths the comets Hyakutake and Hale-Bopp traced in the sky shows that they intersect. My friend Bob Wadsworth made this important discovery in 1997, bringing to my attention some relevant facts. Where and when they intersect is very provocative! The two comets reached the point of intersection exactly one solar year apart - even to the very day! The point of intersection was very close to the variable star Algol, the beta star of the constellation Perseus. Hyakutake arrived on April 11, 1996 and Hale-Bopp, on April 11, 1997. We might ask if this could this have been just a coincidence, but let's not ask stupid questions, Okay? The Creator who made the celestial lights for signs has gotten our attention!

The first thing we should know is that, from ancient times, comets have been thought to be a bad omen. Of course, we don't want to appear unenlightened or superstitious, but more importantly, let's use our spiritual insight and wisdom, acknowledging that the celestial lights have been assigned meaning by their Creator. We do well to note the wisdom from ages past.

Now, if you think about how a sign such as the crossing of two comets paths might be interpreted, you might reasonably expect that the meaning of that place of intersection and the time of intersection would be important, and related, and in harmony with the general signification of a comet. The paths intersected in an area of the sky that represents the lawless one, the anti-messiah beast. The general region is the constellation Perseus, pictured in the sky charts as a man with a sword held high, with the severed head of the gorgon Medusa in his other hand. Perseus represents the Lord Jesus Christ, victorious over his enemy. If you recall from mythology, one look at the snake-haired Medusa turned men to stone.

If you superimpose the charted paths of the two comets, you see that an X is formed, the paths being nearly perpendicular. The picture looks rather like the cross-hairs of a rifle scope, focused right between the eyes of the severed head of what the Greeks called Medusa. The Hebrew name for the head is Rosh Satan, "the head of the adversary." Other names for it are Al Ghoul, "the evil spirit," and Al Oneh, "the subdued." The beta star in Perseus is located very near the intersection in Rosh Satan. Its name is Algol, which means, "rolling round." The Starlore Handbook says that, according to tradition, Algol is the most malevolent star of the heavens. This star is notably a variable star, cycling every 69 hours between a brightness of the fourth magnitude and the second. This is one of several variable stars with names signifying the enemies of God. The meaning of the place of intersection is clear.

The perpendicular intersection of the two comet's paths near Algol also appears like a cross; a cross right between the eyes or in the forehead of Rosh Satan! That's rather familiar symbolism, isn't it? The appearance of the cross speaks of the church, with which the Beast will be identified, as noted earlier. (1 John 2:19) The appearance of the cross on the forehead also speaks of the mark of the beast in the forehead of his followers (Revelation 13:16).

In 1996 and 97, the comet's paths crossed on the same Gregorian calendar date, April 11. The corresponding Hebrew dates were Nisan 22 (in 1996) and Nisan 4 (in 1997). I was curious about how closely associated April 11 and Nisan 13 might be, so I cross-checked the calendar years for a thirty year period (from 1981-2010). Because the Hebrew calendar is a lunar-based calendar, Nisan 13 corresponds to a different date each year on our solar-based "Gregorian" calendar. A plot of all the dates shows April 11 falling in a fairly random distribution across the whole month of Nisan. This approach didn't produce the fruit I thought it might, suspecting some connection with Nisan 13. However, when I ignored the Gregorian date and simply considered the two Hebrew dates designated by the comets, it became apparent that the mean date was the thirteenth of Nisan. The difference between Nisan 22 and Nisan 4 is eighteen days. 18/2=9. 4+9=13. 22-9=13. Nisan 13 preceded Hyakutake's arrival at the point of intersection by nine days, and followed Hale-Bopp's arrival by nine days. That the times of intersection were the same date on the Gregorian Calendar insured it would get the attention of those who mark time by it.

It is no stretch of the imagination to interpret the crossing of the comets' paths as a portent of the coming of the lawless one. It is a fact that the mean Hebrew calendar date of the crossed paths of the comets is the very date given in the Bible when at least three distinct foreshadowing types offer a view of the revealing of the lawless one. It is a fact that the comets crossed paths in the area of the sky known in Hebrew as "Rosh Satan"- the head of Satan. It is also a fact that the nearest bright star is known as the most malevolent star in the heavens. There really are signs in the heavens. The lights in the celestial heavens are given for signs and appointed times. Isn't it time we paid attention to their messages?

Marian Apparition Day

Now we come to another fascinating phenomenon! There have been and continue to be claims made of a supernatural being appearing on the 13th day of the month. The being identifies itself as Mary, the mother of Jesus. These "Marian" apparitions began in the modern era at Fatima, Portugal, on May 13, 1917. This spirit purportedly appeared on the 13th of the month for five months, making its final appearance on October 13. Since then, there have been many other apparitions - almost invariably on the 13th day of a month!

Something so important as the revealing of the lawless one is worthy of signs, is it not? Satan, being neither imaginary nor powerless, has been working to produce his own signs to prepare the world for the coming of greatest deception. When it comes to recognizing and interpreting the signs that abound in these latter days, discernment is required. Discernment is absolutely required, because all but the very elect are going to be deceived!

By what means are signs discerned, whether they are genuine or counterfeit? Here's what you want to do, Okay? Find the religious organization with the biggest following and go with whatever they say, because there's safety in numbers. No, no, wait. Okay, I got it! Um. Reject every sign, because then you won't risk being fooled by the wrong ones. Well, no. Wait...Okay. What if we just consider every sign in light of our favorite Bible teacher's rules? Well, isn't there some easy formula, like, can't we just find a simple rule everyone can agree upon about these things? I really don't think so. The spirit of God is such that the Sheep hear their Shepherd's voice. Discernment is learned by living a life in loving obedience to the master. Then, familiar mannerisms and characteristics aid us in discerning the nature of things. Comparing the messages of prophets and angels with the scriptures must be done, as most will concede, but yet it cannot be done in truth without spiritual discernment. Without discernment, the true and correct interpretations of the scriptures can't be known, so there is no fixed standard by which to authenticate or annul. Feelings alone are not trustworthy, but only those that are impressions received upon your spirit by revelation from Jesus Christ.

The scriptures do declare when understanding is given that Mary, the mother of Jesus is dead; awaiting the resurrection. Any supernatural being claiming to be her is therefore a lying and deceiving spirit. Before I elaborate further, here are some examples of the phenomenon.

Nancy Fowler - Conyers, GA

On the 12th of October, 1998, I came across a news item not unlike one the Lord brought to my attention in 1991. I'm going to reproduce the full text of the Reuters article below.

Did you notice that the messages always came to Nancy on the thirteenth day of the month? For the first three years, the messages came every month, then, only on the thirteenth of October. Rosa Lopes - Hollywood, FL

Another account of regular "Marian" apparitions on the thirteenth of each month involves Rosa Lopes of Hollywood, FL, beginning in May of 1993. On May 13, 1994, Rosa began opening her home to the public for the Marian worshippers to join the experience. I don't know about whether it continues today, but as of September 2003, she was still maintaining the routine - on the 13th of every month. See Our Lady of Hollywood

Ray Dorion - Belleville, IL

Yet another series of "Marian" apparitions on the thirteenth of the month came to a man named Ray Dorian. (See Messages From Our Heavenly Mother to Her Children - Messages Given through Ray Dorion) The following message is purported to have been received from the Heavenly Mother sometime in 1994.

So it was with you. I came to you and told you to go to Our Lady of Snows Shrine for the next four months, but to tell no one, to keep it a secret, and you answered, yes. You did as I asked. I knew how badly you wanted to tell and shout it out to all, but you remained loyal to me. Even after the four months of my appearing to you, you came back on the fifth month out of love and obedience to me. You kept coming back on the 13th of each month until October and still you kept it a secret for nine months just as I did with my Son Jesus, January to September. On October 13, 1993, I told you to make it known to the world, and you did.

Ray's commentary includes the following paragraph.

I'm not smart enough to say all the things in Her messages or even to know about them. Many people ask me how to pray and what to say in prayer because of the many different faiths. I tell them the most simple prayer that comes from the heart and your own words are just as good as any prayer. I love you Jesus is so simple and yet Our Lady said that it sounds like trumpets in Heaven. Also, people ask, why the 13th of each month? And why on the 13th in so many different apparitions? The only answer I can give is it must be a special day with Our Lady. She wants us to make the 13th of each month a day of prayer. If everyone would stop for a few hours in prayer on the 13th, Our Lady told me that this would even cause amazement to all the saints and angels in Heaven from the sound of so many people in prayer. Jesus said, "Where there are two or more gathered in my name, there I will be also."

Discerning the Phenomenon

The intelligence community knows the value of disinformation and so does Satan as his appointed work of delusion goes forth. There is a mix of truth and lies continually being spread, causing confusion for the undiscerning. Those able to discern the truth from the lies see in these Marian apparitions a work the sovereign Lord has overseen through which His purposes are accomplished. The Marian apparitions on the thirteenth day of a month are according to the pattern of the apparition or appearing of the lawless one. These supernatural manifestations are preparatory. This Marian being is a demonic entity of antichrist nature. The particular Jesus "she" is "helping bring into focus" is the one typfied in Jesus Barabbas.

The Mary who bore the only begotten son of God is dead, awaiting her appointed resurrection. This being that claims to be her is lying about its identity and about many other things. However, it is fitting that it claims to be Mary, because the name Mary means "their rebellion." Clues like this are important as the Lord has granted such for our benefit. The Marian apparition day is thus a day wherin a rebel appears.

The Nimrod Connection

I introduced Nimrod as an antichrist type earlier in discussing the "cities" connection between Nimrod and Judas. A similar connection between Mary and Nimrod exists through both the common themes of "rebellion" and "Babylon." "Nimrod" comes from the Hebrew root MRD - mered - rebellion. Again, "Mary" means "their rebellion." Nimrod founded the city of Babylon. The Marian entity's claims to be the Queen of Heaven and her acceptance as such by those deceived by "her" expose her roots in the Babylonian mystery religion.

The Queen of Heaven is mentioned in the Bible as a goddess idol in Jeremiah, 7:18, 44:19 and 25. This same demonic entity is known and worshipped around the world, as the Holy Mother Shingmoo, Hertha, Disa, Nutria, the "Mother of God" Virgo-Patitura, Indrani, Devaki and her son Chrishna, Isi the Great Goddess and her child Idwara, Aphodite or Ceres, Nana, Venus or Fortuna with her child Jupiter, Isis and Horus and also Cybele and her child Deoius. Further known as the wife of Baal, perhaps the deified Nimrod, it is by the name Ashtaroth you may find most familiar. This same goddess appears in the New Testament as Diana of the Ephesians. The statues and symbols of these other goddesses were adopted by the church of Rome with little or no alteration and renamed "Mary."

The meaning of Babylon is like Babel, from "balal", "to confuse". It is the confusion of, the combining into a mixture of the holy and the profane, which God dispises. It is an unholy mixture. The church as recognized today by most of the world is a Babylon, a mixture of paganism and the work of God in Christ in His people. The symbols and practices of the Roman Catholic church are sourced straight from ancient Babylon. The presentation of clear documentation in the books The Two Babylons by Alexander Hislop and Babylon Mystery Religion by Ralph Woodrow makes that statement indisputable. (Note, I was shocked to check Amazon.com and see that my copy of this book has evidently become rather valuable since the time I purchased it in 1981.) The Romish church is as the mother church Babylon and the Protestant or non-denominational offspring are the daughters of Babylon. One needs to look no further than Easter and Christmas so see the most obvious proofs of it.

The Reichskonkordat

Adolph Hitler is commonly recognized as an antichrist, antitypical precurser to the man who would come to finalize the role. The Third Reich was a counterfeit of what we refer to as the millennial reign of Christ. What transpired in 1933 on April 10th (Abib 13) can be viewed from one perspective as the baptism of Hitler. It marked the beginning of the unholy alliance known as the Reichskonkordat. "The Reichskonkordat is the concordat between the Holy See and the German Reich, signed in 1933. It is still valid today in Germany." (Wikipedia entry as of 4-15-06) "A concordat is an agreement between the pope and a government or sovereign on religious matters." (Wikipedia entry as of 4-15-06) The pope is viewed by most of the world as the representative of the Christian church on earth who wields the authority of the Christian God. This alliance (though not signed until July 20, 1933 and not ratified until September 10, 1933) was born on the day that Pope Pius XI met with Hermann Goering. Consider the following excerpts from Timebase 1933.

• 1933 April 9 Hermann Goering flies directly to Rome from Berlin.
• 1933 April 9 After Kaas and Papen arrive in Rome, Kaas is the first to be received by Secretary of State Pacelli.
• 1933 April 10 Papen has a morning meeting with Pacelli. Later in the day, Papen and Goering are received by Pope Pius XI. According to Papen, the Pope tells them that he is pleased the German government now has at its head "a man uncompromisingly opposed to Communism and Russian nihilism in all its forms." They then begin laying the groundwork for the concordat. Although the purpose of their visit is still secret, the Italian press openly reports that Papen and Goering have been received with great honor.
• 1933 April 15 Papen and Kaas meet again with Pacelli. Kaas is subsequently instructed to prepare a draft of the concordat.
• 1933 April 18 Pacelli and Pope Pius XI have a lengthy conversation about the concordat. In the evening, Papen leaves for Berlin.
• 1933 April 20 On Hitler's 44th birthday, Monsignor Kaas sends a telegram of congratulations from Rome that is widely published in the German press. Kaas assures Hitler of "unflinching cooperation." This undoubtedly accelerates the movement of Catholics into the Nazi camp.

Why do I say what transpired on Abib 13 can be viewed as the baptism of Hitler? Among many synonyms of the word baptism is sanctification or "divine sanction." Consider the following. Guenter Lewy, who is responsible for many of the above listed Timebase entries, is the author of The Catholic Church and Nazi Germany." In it, he wrote the following about the significance of the Reichskonkordat.

There is general agreement that the Concordat increased substantially the prestige of Hitler's regime around the world. As Cardinal Faulhaber put it in a sermon delivered in 1937: "At a time when the heads of the major nations in the world faced the new Germany with cool reserve and considerable suspicion, the Catholic Church, the greatest moral power on earth, through the Concordat expressed its confidence in the new German government. This was a deed of immeasurable significance for the reputation of the new government abroad."

Thus the baptism of Hitler as the Pope extended the Kingdom of Heaven's approval and blessing to this man of the earth. Imagine the numbers of people who were led to their destruction through the work of this delusion!

Consider what happened when the Pope's agent Monsignor Kaas' telegrammed assurance of "unflinching cooperation" with Hitler was published in the press. Hitler took the divine sanction he received and began to minister accordingly.

1933 April 21 Germany enacts a law banning all kosher rituals and prohibiting Jewish ritual slaughter. (Timebase 1933)

What happened on April 21, 1933 must surely have prompted some household discussion about the following verse:
